Entity: KBR, Granherne

Location: Offshore Nigeria - 160km southeast of Lagos, Nigeria

Scope: FPSO Design Management

Status: Completed 2001

Details:• Erha is a new-build spread-moored FPSO with a barge-shaped hull. It has a displacement

of approximately 345,000 tonnes and 2.2 million barrels of storage capacity.

• Dimensions -

– Length: 285 meters

– Beam: 63 meters

– Depth: 32 meters

• The FPSO topside facilities are designed to process 230,000 bpd of oil, 60,000 bpd water, 480,000 mmscfd gas, and 450,000 bpd water injection.

• Water injection is the primary reservoir pressure support to meet the 25 year design life of the development.

• Processed crude is initially stored in the FPSO storage tanks and transferred utilizing Offloading Lines (OLL) to a Single Point Mooring (SPM) offloading buoy, which is moored approximately 2km from the FPSO.

• KBR participated in the ExxonMobil-led integrated team that executed the following:

– Provided FPSO Design Development project management, interface management, cost estimating supporot, and long lead equipment support
