Once an external call goes into an ICD-G queuing table, the caller has only two options, wait for the call to be answered by the ICD-G agent or disconnect the line.

Only external incoming call is automatically recorded) - Programming “2-way recording” button is not necessary. If you program a 2-way recording button, it can be used to stop and then re-start 2-Way recording”.

Once it is programmed it will always start automatically “2-way recording”. A manual start cannot be performed.

If a caller name or ID / DID name / CO line number is displayed on PT LCD. They can be switched by the “Transfer” key or the “INFO” soft key. If the user presses the button by accident, this can become confusing, because last mode is stored and displayed, when the next call arrives.

TDE/NCP Ver.5

TDE-NCP Ver.5 does not the save display mode, even after PT operation. - Display switch operation itself is kept. - Display mode can be assigned using PCMC. - “Automatic save after PT operation” is controlled by the PCMC system reserved bit. This is now default and new specification for this function.

When the SIP trunk incoming call is forwarded to a mobile network through the SIP trunk, incoming CO callers CLIP (A-number) can be sent using the diversion header feature.

Refer Transfer

When a TDE/NCP Ver. 5 extension makes a call, the caller can transfer the call to another external party through the SIP trunk by using the Refer Transfer feature.

Model Registration Specifications

TDA100D 16-digit ID is required to PCMC. ID is provided to only authorized dealer from Panasonic CIS. ID for TDA100D and ID for TDE-NCP are different.

ISDN/DECT/TIE programming is not allowed before registration.

TDE-NCP Version 5

All programming is not allowed before registration. In Russia a dealer has to disclose the PBX password to the user by law . The user can inform the password to an unauthorized dealer, if maintenance fee is cheaper. However the unauthorized dealer cannot program PBX from version 5.

NS1000

The activation key is required in the PBX. The activation key is provided from PSN key management system. The activation key is only provided to authorized dealer s free of charge. Validity of the activation key is 6 months.

TDE-NCP version 5 supports PCMC ID lock for NCP500-1000RU/UA, TDE100-200RU/UA and TDE600RU/UA.
