Coaching sessions Horizon 2020 (Industrial leadership/Societal challenges)

What?

Half-day (3 to 4 hours) coaching session Advise by 2 Ernst & Young Subsidia experts on:

the optimal positioning of the project idea within the spirit of Horizon 2020;

the fit of the project idea within the call topic; the content of the project (voids, impact,...); the composition of the consortium; the H2020 application template; time management to ensure the timely finalization of the project

proposal.

Coaching sessions Horizon 2020 (Industrial leadership/Societal challenges)

Who?

To be eligible for a coaching session: The call for which the proposal is prepared, must be

situated within the pillar "Industrial leadership" or "Societal challenges";

Hasselt University needs to act as a coordinator; The project proposal needs to be detailed enough (a

coaching session is only useful if all the components specified in the one page proposal have been sufficiently worked out);

There needs to be enough time left to finalize the proposal

Coaching sessions Horizon 2020 (Industrial leadership/Societal challenges)

Procedure?

Complete one page proposal (intranet DOC) that summarizes the most important information of the project proposal (call topic, consortium, context, objectives, work packages, work plan, budget estimation, ...)

Express your interest to the Research coordination office

(euresearch@uhasselt.be) by submitting the completed one page proposal

EY Subsidia advises to submit the one page proposal at

least 6 months before the deadline

Proposal writing Points of attention: - UHasselt is already registered: do not create a new

PIC code!

- Add Research Coordination Office as a participant contact when preparing a proposal in the participant portal:

- LEAR: Ilse Haeldermans (ilse.haeldermans@uhasselt.be) AND - The staff member responsible for the programme e.g. Leen

Lambrechts for MSCA or Annelies Stockmans for Societal Challenges (research@uhasselt.be)
