A RESIDENCE ON LEXINGTON AVENUE:

Through a recommendation, I first met this wonderful family in their search for a Classic 10 back in 2007. After touring two apartments over the next year and a half, they found this home in a condition slightly WORSE than estate. Over the next 4 months along with their talented interior designer, Hilary Wallace of Simon Wallace Design, Inc. we engineered a complete transformation of the space – from both a space planning and architectural standpoint.

SOME OF THE HIGHLIGHTS FROM THIS IMPECCABLE RESIDENCE INCLUDE:

• Precision cut marble foyer and private elevator vestibule flooring in White Calacatta and St. Laurent Marble with a St. Laurent slab border

• Wide Plank Brazilian Walnut Flooring throughout

• Slab Honey Onyx and White Marble Master Bathroom

• Hand Finished 2” thick walnut passage doors throughout

• 2” White Calacatta Kitchen Countertops with custom edging and custom marble backsplashing

• Bespoke Cabinetry in the Master Dressing Room, Childrens Room and Guest Bedroom

• Hand-Glazed and Stained Maple Library

• Hand Painted, Beaded Inset 1” thick Custom Kitchen Cabinetry

• Entire Dining Room including millwork, hand painted in high gloss finish

• Custom Architectural moldings throughout including coffered ceilings, casings with plinths and full paneled and wainscot foyer detailing

Passage hardware throughout by P.E. Guerin • Powder Room and Master Bathroom Fittings by Sherle Wagner • Millwork Hardware by Hamilton Sinkler • All Custom Cabinetry and Millwork throughout by The Renovated Home • Custom Wood Windows by Alder Window, Inc. • Custom Limestone Mantles by Chesney, Inc. • Custom Wet-Jet Marble flooring for Foyer and Master Bathroom by Studium.
