The following adjectives have unique forms when they are used in the comparative and will therefore NEVER be used with más or menos:

LOS IRREGULARES
Con estas irregulares, no se usa “más” o “menos” para comparar.
Just as in English, we wouldn’t say: “The red team is more good (or
gooder) than the blue team.” In Spanish, we do not include the más
or menos either: El equipo rojo es mejor que el
equipo azul.
