How to Reach

• By Train – Reach Kathgodam Railway Station. From Kathgodam to TallaRamgarh, the distance is about 60 Kms. You can take a Taxi. The cost willbe about Rs.3000/- One way.

• By Bus – Reach Kathgodam or Haldwani which are well connected to allbus services. Take a bus to Bhowali and then another bus for TallaRamgarh.

• The journey by Train is most convenient if you are traveling with family orprefer comfort. You will reach Ramgarh from Kathgodam in about 2 Hrs.

• The journey by Bus is fine, but local buses take time at each stop andtravel slow. Also the local bus will drop you about 1.5 kms away fromAshram, so you will need to walk and carry your luggage to ashram.

• The sessions are for 5N6D and cover a range of topics. There is Yogasession in the morning followed by Tea break, Meditation session andquestions and answers session followed by Lunch Break. In the eveningthere is Guided meditation session followed by inspirational talks.

• The ashram is a vast complex built over a large area atop a hill at TallaRamgarh. There is an office complex, residential blocks, Meditation hall –small and a Big hall for Yoga and Group Meditation activities.

• There is a Kitchen with a good eating area and a balcony overlooking themountains for those who wish to nourish the body and the soul at thesame time.

• Activities include Badminton, Trekking, Bird Watching and Photography.
