Commencement Location: BYU-Idaho Center

Convocation Location: Varies by CollegeConvocations are conducted by each college where each graduate's name will be read individually. Graduates will receive a diploma cover and shake hands with those presiding. Tickets are not required to attend Convocation. Guests should be seated 15 minutes prior to the start of Convocation.

Commencement is a gathering of all graduates where degrees are conferred and attendees receive counsel and recognition from the University President, a member of the Board of Trustees or its designee, and other guests. Tickets are required.
