AU.S.-ColombiaTradePromotionAgreement(CTPA)hasthepotentialtoincreasebothtradeandinvestmentbetweentheUnitedStatesinColombia,improvingonanalreadystrongrelationship.In

particular,Massachusettsstandstogainfromincreasedbusinessties,astheCTPAwillcreatejobsat

homethroughincreasedexportmarketaccessforbothgoodsandservices,reducedpricesfor

manufacturers,andanimprovedinvestmentenvironment.
