Mazury No life without risk-taking

Once upon a time a boy called Hugo went on a school trip to Mazury.

The bus drive was long but with friends it went fast.

When they got to Mazury, teachers’ sent the students to their cabins to

sleep.

Next day it was time for kayaking!

…But unfortunately Hugo was scared of water.

“You won’t get wet. You are going to stay in your kayak the whole

time.”Mrs. Burns told him. Hugo hopped in the kayak and the kayak

trip was ready to start!

But when 2km was kayaked Hugo’s kayaking partner Leo fell out of

the kayak when looking at the fishes. He couldn’t swim.

“Help Leo is drowning”! Hugo screamed but no one answered.

Without thinking that he couldn’t swim, Hugo jumped out of the kayak

to rescue Leo.

In the water Hugo realized that he was swimming and actually enjoying

it! Hugo helped Leo to get to the ground and asked teachers to see if he

was OK.

And finally the trip came to its end and it was time to head back to

Warsaw.

And Hugo got an award for being a risk-taker…
