● Involve all stakeholders identifying key datasets

3. Provide no-cost accessNo additional cost to release data that is already being collected

● Remove existing fees for access

● Publish in open standards so no proprietary licenses are

needed to use the data

● Harmonise data publishing across departments

4. Accountability at the coreEmpower citizens to hold governments accountable

● Datasets fundamental to citizen-state accountability should
