Editing a Document

You will learn to use basic formatting to:• Select a font and font size• Add, delete, and move text around• Make text bold or italic• Change line spacing• Indent paragraphs• Create bulleted or numbered lists

Select a font and font size

•From the Formatting Toolbar

•Using the drop-down device:

Place cursor on this triangle

Slide the cursor up and down the types of fonts available

To select font, click on the font name

Select font size

To select a font size, do the same maneuver from the Formatting Toolbar, this time using the triangle to the right of the number

Add, delete, and move text around

Make text bold, italic or underlined
