Desktop Support Engineer

Requirements Required Technology Experience (3 or more of the following):

• Exceptional customer service skills • MCSE – at a minimum, must be in

the process of pursuing an MCSE•   Microsoft Professional

certification (MCP)• Minimum two years’ experience in

a desktop support environment• Understanding of network

infrastructure environment (i.e. LAN/WAN)

Job Description•Tyler Technologies, a software and

•Provide telephone and email technical support for Tyler’s IT needs.

•Document customer interactions and technical resolutions using help desk tools.

•Install and maintain any application software and required supporting software to support customer needs.
