3. Close the main WRAMC Installation

1. Relocate the Armed Forces Medical Examiner, DNA Registry, and Accident Investigation to Dover AFB

2. Relocate Legal Medicine to the new WRNMMC3. Establish Program Management Office at WRNMMC

to coordinate and control DoD second opinion consults world-wide

4. Relocate enlisted histology technician training to Ft Sam Houston, TX

5.Retain National Medical Museum and the Tissue Repository
