New PitsligoNew Pitsligo is a small village located in northern Aberdeenshire approximately 10 miles southwest of Fraserburgh. Built primarily in a grid format, New Pitsligo supports a range of local services including shops, small businesses, education and health care facilities.
Development of new housing during the plan period will ensure local housing need is met and existing local services are sustained during the plan period. The settlement has been identified for organic growth opportunities to further support the settlement.
