Shinsekai Analysis is an advisory practice focused on urban strategies and cultural intelligence. Founded in 2007, currently a team of 4 people.
Kai studied at the University of Amsterdam, worked as a trend analyst from 1999-2002 and later at AMO, the think tank of OMA/ Rem Koolhaas Ascociate lector design thinking at Fontys Hogeschool voor de Kunsten, Tilburg, 2 days in the week since September 2014.
Mapping the city: where do trends manifest themselves? Visit streets, buildings and places and take notes, make drawings and photo’s how urban trends manifests themselves.

andere trekker- Kans ligt om te sturen wat de wellicht Unusual suspects
kunnen zijn waar aanloopstraten op kunnen inhaken.
• Informatievoorziening
• Een inleiding op en verhaal bij de stad (fysiek, virtueel, mobiel)
• Inspiratie om bepaalde dingen te bekijken
• (Be)geleiding en (perceptie van) veiligheid

• Explosieve groei in online bestedingen- en navenante consequenties voor online
bestedingen, relatie met Showrooming
