Business
As a Gujarati, we always think of Business, it's in our DNA and we should be proud of it. You may not aware that IT
field provides excellent opportunities for the business. In fact this is the only field where initial parameters to start
business are comparatively easy to achieve.
?
IT Company can be started with less than Rs. 1 Lakh in a 10x10 Room. You just need
computer, internet connection and Google. Because Technical skills are the prime assets.
?Entry Barrier
Why Ambani or Adani or Bajaj have not started IT Company? can start and run an IT company
successfully because of its complex structure and new age business model. From Microsoft to Infosys to Local
Miracle Software, all companies were started by IT guys only.
?Market potential
World is rapidly changing. are made every day. Hence computer systems & software have to be
updated continuously. are available in developing nations like India. New technological
development creates thousands of new jobs, e.g. Mobile App Development. Soon or later, anything and
everything will be collaborated with IT.
?Return on Investment (ROI)
ROI of IT industry is around whereas of NON IT industry is around 18%. Profit margins of IT Companies are
quadruple than Non IT Companies.
?Recession Proof
As we have seen in IT vs NON-IT Employees Growth, IT Companies are continuously growing and they don't face
recession. In global outsourcing, India's share has increased from 51% in 2009 to in 2014.
?Location Independent
You can be in and can do business in any other corner of the world by Internet.
Globalization gives lots of business opportunities.
All IT Companies were started as ZERO and they have grown like anything. E.g. US based companies like
Microsoft, Google, Apple, Facebook to Indian companies like Infosys, Satyam, Mindtree, i-Gate, etc. No other
business provides such tempting opportunities. Highest number of startups in India are IT Companies.
