The certificatesgranting inspection .No. 27, dated
September 1, 1946 delivered to OTA Yoshio, secretary
of the Mmistry of Finance, posted at the Okazaki
Taxation Office,and No. 40, dated September 3, 1947,
delivered to NARITA Keizo, secretary of the Ministry
of Finance, posted at the Okazaki Taxation Office,
shall be invalid owing to their reports of the loss.

Whereas, Gumma Seishi Kabushiki Kaisha, No. 2,
Motosoja, Motosoja-mura, Gumma-gun, Gumma-ken
has applied for registration of preservation of owner-
ship of the land, buildings, machineries, implements,
etc., belonging to the said company's factory located
at the same place for the purpose of creating a factory
estate, any person who has claim over the movable
property that is to be included in the said estate or
any creditor of seizure or provisional seizure or pro-
visional disposition shall file his claim, with this Office
within thirty-two days from the date of publication of
this note.
The inventory of the said estate is available at
this Office for the inspection of the interested parties.
