Make a tea party!
Set up a tea party and invite all your favourite
toys. Think about all the things you might need for
a great tea party.
Do all animals look the same? Can you think of two animals that are completely different?
Task: Draw or find pictures of two different animals. Can you label or talk about a
difference with a grown up. Think about legs, hair and colour.

Ask someone in your house to clap a repeating pattern for you to
copy. Repeat it back to them. Then, you clap a repeating pattern
and see if they can repeat it. Try this with some other body
percussion, including tapping on your legs, knees, shoulders and
head.

paper, Lego and recycled rubbish. You could also collect things from outside when you go for your
daily walk – items such as leaves, sticks and stones might be useful.

Different animals live in different places. Choose your favourite animal and find out where it
lives. Draw or paint a picture of the animal you chose and write where it lives next to the
picture. Ask a grown up to help you research your chosen animal on the internet or in a book.
