Motivation: create a robot to retrieve debris from a plane crash

Used Lego Mindsto rms® to program the robot

Problem Move the red pucks (debris) to their

designated check point Keep the robot on the line Don’t touch the robot (bonus) complete the task in under 2

minutes

Analysis

Programming the robot to: Turn at the right time and amount Go the right distance Using light and sound sensors

Results

Both red pucks reached their checkpoint Robot finished the course in under 2

minuets Robot stayed on the line

Conclusion

More robots = more people safe Radiation, toxic, and natural disasters Made us think like an engineer
