• ERYTHRITOL is sugar alcohol found naturally in various fruits such as grapes and melons. ,Erythritol is a natural, non-caloric sweetener, used as an ingredient that provides bulk for Castelló® natural sweetener. Has a clean sweet taste without aftertaste. Based on an aqueous solution, it is approximately 50 % as sweet as sugar (sucrose), Is approved as zero calorie sweetener in the EU.
