I’m Nicolas Alejandro of Argentina, passionate street / documentary photographer.
I was born in 1985, Buenos Aires. Two years ago
I began my interest in photography. I began to
investigate, seek information and learn about it.
I’m passionate about the documentary and street
photography. As time passes I find my style. The most
attractive of street photography is that you know you’ll
never find, is always an uncertainty. Every day is a new
challenge, when you think you did it your best shot,
the next day you get better.
I am currently equipped with an Olympus OM-D EM-5.
This book captures and documents everyday
situations of passengers traveling by train. The train
terminals connect the most important and the most
populous cities poorest neighborhoods.
For this reason, in one place, people from all walks of
life congregate and that’s very interesting. The book
captures the customs of the people when they use the
service daily. Besides traveling people use the station
to eat, sit in a bar, make time, or even sleep.
All photographs were taken in the “Retiro Train Station”
in Buenos Aires, March 11, 2014.
I hope you enjoy my work.
