development in the Borough, based on robust evidence and consultation; and,

Establish how development will be managed including how the presumption in favour of sustainable development will be applied

Statements on boosting growth

o Facilitates increase of 19,600 jobs (in-line with Economic

Strategy)

o Existing allocations/permissions = 43ha of B-use land

o Allocations of additional 77.5 hectares of B-use land

o Supply allows for market choice, churn, and flexibility

o Major allocation at A419/A420 junction to meet short-term

demands

o Additional 22,000 homes to meet local and economic needs
