How it is earlier working

We are having problem of student admissionand reservation system .earlier the educationsystem is not bothered how to manage

admission and in which category we need tocategorized the students . People need towork so hardly for this n maintain the recordwith more efficient and in accurate way.we

refused to work manually as its complicatedand become headache for workers. So wedecided to sort it in more genralized and insophiscated way.

Demeritsall the records are took together in files or in register which need to be

maintained properly.other problems are:

Training problem-

Report acquisition problem- Data redundancy-

Lack of security-

Prone to errors Inconsistency of data-

Time and space consuming,bulky-

to resolve our problem we considered theadmission criteria of kvs .

we start our problem by making theschema for students record ,we took aninstance of it. As it very obvious for

student information we include name,

class,gender, father’s name etc. So we form an table of students record.

Here caste and occupation contain multi-valued attribute .as we considered casteattribute .we determine the caste in 4ways. And whereas occupation classifiedon the basis of father’s service eg.centralgovt. employee etc.

At the time of classification we give morepreference to caste and occupation.

Categories of reservation

Reservation of children takes place in differentways. On the basis of gender ,caste, religion,and according to their father’s job.

On the basis of caste :

>scheduled caste considered to be 15% oftotal seat available.

>scheduled tribe is considered to be 7.5% oftotal seat available.

>physically handicapped -3% seats of toatavailable seats in which we need to specify the

cause also.

And 10 seats are available according to RTE act.

On the basis of service

Central govt. forces like army, navy, airforce.

Central govt. autonomous

State govt. State govt. autonomous

Special provision

Through recommendation the admission of studentcan be done. Chairman quota ,personal defence,sponsors , member of parliament –these are peoplewho can recommend the limited application.

The children who are specially atlented and awardedat national or state level.

The children of awarded father or grandfather, awardlike param veer chhakra, surveer chakara etc.

The children whose father dies in harness and he is

cge. Children of retired and serving employees of kvs.
