Book 08863, Page 4160, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, Applicant shall provide or cause to be provided 4.45 mitigation credits associated with St. Johns River Water Management District permit numbers 4-095-20069-25 and 4-095-20069-26 on or before November 26, 2013, or prior to or simultaneously with Orange county approval of a Development Plan for the residential

project, whichever first occurs.

13)Applicant will, within ninety (90) days of today’s date, file a correction to the drainage easement recorded at Book 9837, Page 3501, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, to correct the legal description and sketch of description of the easement.
