Course numbers for Community Ed non-credit courses are assigned chronologically as courses are
created; the number has no particular significance.
Section Numbering
Section numbers for Community Ed non-credit classes are assigned chronologically as sections are
created. Multiple sections of the same course within a term are numbered in order of the start
date.
There is no difference in the numbering format for online sections, i.e., the “W” is not used.

Calendar Icon – this appears just to the right of date
entry fields. Click on it to view a larger calendar and
select a date.
Calculator Icon – this appears just to the right of
numerical entry fields. Click on it to view a larger
calculator, where you can select a number or calculate a
value for the field
Multi-Valued Fields – Fields with numbers to their left may have more than
one value. Placing the cursor on the field will enable you to see how many
values there are. Use the scrolling arrows to the right to view more values.
