Kidsperation Timeliner

Ready To Teach grants availiable. Learn to use technology 10-20 percent of Reading First

funds go to some type of electronic technology.

The volume of reading peaks in the second grade, even dropping off in high school.

How is this monitored?

This software “captures the titles of books read, and book readability levels for more than 115,000 titles”. (Nagel 2008)

This software also records “the volume of books read by students at each grade level (1 through 12) by sex and geographic region, and also which books made the top 20 at each grade level”. (Nagel 2008)
