"Those who believe, and whose hearts find (tranquillity and) satisfaction in the remembrance of Allah: for without doubt in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find (tranquillity and) satisfaction.

(Qur’an: Ra’d:13:28)

ALLAH S.W.T. INFORMS US

And keep thy soul content with those who call on their Lord morning and evening, seeking His Face; and let not thine eyes pass beyond them seeking the pomp and glitter of this Life; nor obey any whose heart We have permitted to neglect the remembrance of Us, one who follows his own desires, whose case has gone beyond all bounds.

(Qur’an: Kahfi: 18:28)

Say: He is Allah the One and Only; Allah, the Eternal, Absolute; He begetteth, not nor is He begotten; And there is none like unto Him. (Qur’an: al-Ikhlas: 111)

Say: I seek refuge with the Lord of the Dawn, From the mischief of created things; From the mischief of Darkness as it overspreads; From the mischief of those who practise Secret Arts; And from the mischief of the envious one as he practises envy.

(Qur’an: Al-Falaq: 113)

Say: I seek refuge with the Lord and Cherisher of Mankind, The King (or Ruler) of Mankind― The Allah (or Judge) of Mankind― From the mischief of the Whisperer (of Evil), who withdraws (after his whisper)― (The same) who whispers into the hearts of Mankind― Among Jinns and among Men.

(Qur’an: An-Nas: 114)

I prepare (this utterance) in every situation that I face in this world and in the hereafter: “There is none that deserves to be worshipped except Allah”

WA – LI-KUL-LI HAM-MIN – WA- GHAM-MIN- MAA –SHAA- ALLAAH

For every anxiety and sadness: “Whatever (it is) Allah’s will”

WA – LI-KUL-LI - RO-KHAA- IN – WA- SHID- DA-TIN – ASH-SHUK-RU-LIL-LAAHFor every ease and difficulty: “Thanks (with the deepest gratitude) is to Allah”

WA – LI-KUL-LI – U’-JUU-BA-TIN – SUB-HAA-NAL-LAAHFor every astonishment: “Glory be to Allah”

WA – LI-KUL-LI – DZAN-BIN – AS-TAGH-FI-RUL-LAAHFor every sin (I commit): “I seek the forgiveness of Allah”

WA – LI-KUL-LI – MU- SwEE-BA-TIN – IN-NAA- LIL-LAA-HI – WA- IN-NAA- I-LAI-HI- RAA-JI-’UUNFor every trials & tribulations: “To Allah we belong, and unto Him we shall have to return to”

WA – LI-KUL-LI – DwEE -QIN – HAS-BI-YAL-LAAHFor every constriction (caused by whatever difficulty or problem): “Sufficient for me is Allah”

WA – LI-KUL-LI – QO-DwAA- IN- WA- QO-DA-RIN- TA-WAK-KAL-TU- ‘A-LALLAAHFor every Decree and Destiny in life (good or bad): “I put my complete trust in Allah”
