For first time users

For regular login

Supply your Name and Surname

Choose your own Login name and Password

Supply your e-mail address

Enter the shown code

Select a “Type of User” and “Focus area”

Click on “Register”

Do a search and select records to be exported

to Refworks

Exporting references to a reference managing software e.g. Refworks

Click on “Export marked citations”

1.Decide on the fields to export to your personal database.2. Click on “Export to Refworks”

2. Click on “Export to Refworks”

Do a search and select some of the records by clicking on “Add to folder”

After the records have been added click on “Folder” or “Folder view” to see the

list of selected records

To export the selected results click on this icon

Select records to export from the displayed folder

Make sure that you really want to remove the results

1. Mark the “Direct Export to Refworks” button

2. Click on “Save”

Enter search terms and click on “Search”

1. Mark the references you wish to add to your database

2. Click on “Export”

Follow the steps as described to add RefGrab-It to your Favourites

Do a search on Google and click on one of the results

Click on Favourites and then on RefGrab-It

A new page opens up and if you wish to add this website , simply click on Import
