B: Register with Ten-X to execute a confidentiality agreement and gain access to all of the due diligence documents prior to bidding on the property.
C: Make a bidder deposit. Winning bidder’s deposits will be applied towards the earnest money deposit. Non-winning bidder’s deposits will be refunded.
D: All bidders will provide a bidder qualification form and recent bank or brokerage account showing the availability of funds.
E: Once a bidder has won the auction, they will be contacted to execute the purchase and sale agreement. Purchase and sale agreement is non negotiable and will be provided in the due diligence site.
