Executive Summary
Regnum Carya Golf and Spa Resort is the leading 5-star luxury hotel in Belek Antalya, in 2015 the ho-
tel prestigiously hosted the G20 Global Leaders summit.
The hotel has 550 luxury accommodation rooms in a five-floor main building and villas in 1 million sqm
of landscaped grounds, beach area, and European Tour standard golf course. There is a convention
center with 8 rooms up to 7,500 meters of convention space, 6 restaurants, 5 bars an outdoor concert
arena, spa/fitness club, kids club, adventure park, water park, tennis, and football training camps, and
helipad. The hotel site is within 20 minutes drive of Antalya International Airport AYT. Police station,
civil defense and hospitals are within 15 minutes of the hotel depending on traffic and the hotel have
onsite medical and security facilities.
Regnum Carya focuses on high scale leisure, Congress, MICE along with VIP government-related busi-
ness and professional football team training camps.
The hotel management considers safety and security as a very important part of the day to day op-
erations and are diligent with regards to safety and security practices, implementing both own brand
and local standards, this is reflected in the hotel committing to Safehotels Certification. Of note is the
dedicated and highly professional security department and quality assurance team supported by engi-
neering for fire life safety maintenance.

towards main entrance foyer. The rear fire exit door leading from nightclub into upwards
fire exit staircase is missing an emergency light within the staircase foyer, signage to direct
guests upwards from the staircase to the final exit door and illuminated exit sign within the
staircase. 3. Kids Club and Teenagers Club by waterpark. The fire escape signage within the
ground floor kids club area is incorrect and currently only shows one main door entry foyer
