Organizing is the process of identifying andeffectively together in accomplishing objectives. grouping

work to be performed, defining and delegatingresponsibility and authority and establishing relationship for

the purpose of enabling people to work most

The aforesaid definition of organizing

emphasizes upon the fact that:

1. Defining responsibility.2. Delegating authority.

3. Establishing relationship between authority

and responsibility.are of vital importance for organizing.
