Access the Job Opening Through the Browse Job Opening Menu

Menu: Self Service > Browse Job Opening Details > Jobs Associated to me, Open and Active within View All

Select the Job Opening from the Job Opening List

Applicants with a “Screen” Disposition are selected

Applicants Selected for Screening

Applicant List Sorted by Disposition

Select “Download Documents” from the Group Action Menu

Select “All Attachments” to Download all Documents

The Date Range the Job Opening Has Been Posted

Unzip the Documents

View the Documents in WinZip

Select All Documents to Download

Extract the Documents to a Folder

Select a Folder to Which the Documents will be Downloaded

Close the WinZip Window After the Documents Have Been

Extracted

Find the Document Folder

Menu: Start Button > Documents

You can also use the Folder icon on the Windows Taskbar to find the documents

Find and Display the Document

Double-click the document to display the contents on the screen

View the Resume
