Setting up Join softphone for Apple iOS

After calling Zito Media, you will receive an email and an SMS text message with your Username, Password and port assignment.

Go to the Apple Store and download and install the Join softphone client.

When installed, open the program and either press the Settings icon or swipe right for settings.

Select Settings and check Use DNS SRV.

You may wish to allow calls over available Wifi, as these calls will bypass the cellular network.

Go back to the settings screen and select Accounts. Then click the arrow to go to the Account Settings.

In the Account settings, enter the Username, Password, Auth. Username, Display name, Domain and SIP server port exactly as written in the email and SMS text message.

Setup is now complete.
