Written record of the Parole Board of Canada, from June 14, 2012, granting full parole to sex killer Guoxi Wang, who murdered his roommate, Xiaoting Liu, in August 1995 in Kingston, Ontario. Wang served 17 years of his life sentence. He was set to be deported to China, to live with his brother, as soon as he was freed from prison.
