• Current site launched February 2010

• Some time ago, we hired a vendor to develop architecture and

designs for a

new site

• Earlier this year, we hired a new vendor to build the new site

• The library’s web team has been working with Third and Grove since

May

• Development of the new site began in earnest in July

TIMELINE

• Planning & Development July 1-November 5

• Legacy site content migration October 18-22

• Legacy site content freeze (migrated content cleanup) October 23

• IT staff training October 24,

November 12

• Staff / Editor training November 14, 20

• Final content migration November 18

• Migrated content cleanup, new content creation November 18-

December 6

• Drupal site content freeze December 6
