SHUTTER

The doors leaf comprise of CRCA sheet laminated on both side having thickness 1.5 mm. The cavity fill shall 65 mm thick rock wool slabs of 96 kg/m3 density wrapped in fiber glass cloth and A 5mm thick layer of polymer based asphalt free high density (2000kg/m3)non porous viscous synthetic anti- droning & sound damping layer shall be provided on the inside surface of external sheet to enhance acoustic performance. Neoprene gasket fitted in between door shutter and frame and fire in tumescent strip for smoke check

DROP DOWN SEAL

Provided at bottom of door, excellent quality range of Internal Automatic Dropdown Seal, which are manufactured from high grade quality raw materials. These Internal Automatic Dropdown Seal resists sound upto 37db, air, insects, cold smoke, light. Tested for 2, 00,000 cycles. For Acoustic Fire Door.
