In the process to become Director of HumanResources at Pertamina ranging from recruiting,selection and training until he finally accepted and canrun a job of course there are shortcomings that needto be fixed, namely:

1. Recruitment information dissemination is still lacking2. Dissemination of information brochures regarding

enrollment in each region particularly remote areasare still lacking.

3. And then to find the best candidate there should be a

test of leadership for the company to find what kind of leadership qualities to become a Director of HumanResources.
