Slide Recording with Office Mix

Office Mix is an add-on in PowerPoint that allows audio and video narration of slides. 1. Select the slide where the recording will appear. 2. In the ribbon, select the Mix tab 3. In Record group, select Slide Recording

4. Select Integrated Camera to launch the camera feature. Inking tools are also available during Slide Recoding. 5. Press Record to begin recording

6. Preview and/or edit your recording. To save the recording and exit Slide Recording, select Close.

7. The video of the recording will now appear in the upper right hand corner of the slide. Recording without video will display the following icon:

8. To save the recording as a video, select Export to Video. Use Internet & DVD (480p) for most videos.

9. Select the save destination, name the file, then press Save.

10. Wait for the video to export. Once the export is finished, select close.
