Smart Classroom Quick Tip

The Wireless Mouse is not working.

Please use the following tips:

Quick Tip #1

Be sure it is securely on the cradle. If not it will not be charged. It will display blue on your cradle when charging.

Quick Tip #2

Check to see if the cradle is connected to the power source.

Quick Tip #3

Check the connectors for debris or corrosion to insure positive contact.

Quick Tip #4

Make sure that the USB receiver is connected to the PC. Without it, the mouse will not function.
