Think about the resources your festival will need to make a presence on Twitter work

Have you decided what the ‘Voice’ of your festival will be like?

Where will you use Twitter? How often will you check your account? Do you have support from your committee? What will you use Twitter for? Beware of the soapbox! This is your event/

festival not your personal account.

SIGN UP FOR A TWITTER ACCOUNT

Navigate to Twitter.com and you’ll find a sign-up page

BEFORE YOU START, CHECK!

Full Name = UserName you will be called on Twitter e.g. “LovelyFest” & can only be 15 characters!

Email = the email you use for your event

If you don’t have an email for your event, may need to create one?
