Colourful and creative

2.Language

o As simple as possible

o   Beware of acronyms

o   Never use a long word when a short one will do

o   Write as you would talk

o Remove the waffle – less is more

3. Voice and tone: active, personal and more conversational

o Speak in the first person. o Use your

own voice. o Bring your

own personality

to the forefront.
