The Southern Cross, starting with his membership in Mgr Kolbe’s “Children’s Corner” in the 1920s, to his anonymous reports from the Second Vatican Council inthe ’60s, to his serialised memoirs of Vatican II in 2001, to his final published article,

a sparkling Christmas guest editorial only two months before his death.

We thank God for the life of this great Servant in the Vineyard of the Lord, and invoke his intercession for the intentions of The Southern Cross and its readers.
