OnParadiseDay,AlyssaCochnarwon first place, and on Friday AnthonyBonillawon.“ImademylonghornheadbymyselfinartsoIwasveryexcitedwhenIwon,”saideighthgraderBonilla.Overall,theseniorswon,thejuniorsweresecond,theeighthgradewasthird,the7thgradewasfourth,thesophomoreswerefifth,andthefreshmenweresixth.“Iwasreallyhappythatwewonconsider-ingitwasourlastSpiritWeekever,”saidseniorJordanSherman.

All decked out in beach attire, juniors, Chelsea Knorr, Alyssa Cochnar, and Eric Bird are ready to catch some waves on Paradise Day. Alyssa got first place and Eric fifth place. class

Pretending that they are the Jamaican bobsled team, seniors Aaron Kalk-warf, Michael Lee, Brandon Stilwagon, and Brandon Schwisow give a thumbs up from their bobsled on Paradise Day. The team received fourth place.

Representing the 8th grade class dur-ing Zombie Day, Chris Nelson, Agustine Perez, and Marivelle Magana look like the living dead. Chris ended up placing fifth.

Smiling nervously, junior Kaela Brown and senior Amanda Ladely anxiously wait while the final points are tallied and the winner is announced at the pep rally on Friday. The seniors ended up win-ning with the juniors in second.

Waiting in anticipation, Brandon Stilwagon, Meredith Behrens, and Jacy Hewitt get excited about hearing which class will be announced the winner. The seniors won the bragging rights as the “Most Spirited Class.”
