STA 418/518 - Statistical Computing and Graphics with R

R is an amazing set of tools to help you to solve problems with data. In this

course we will discuss data visualizations, tidy data, special data types, and

statistical modeling using the statistical programming language R. As part of the

course, students will work on projects to find insight for problems using real

data.

English Foundations Classes

Get started (or caught up!) on your English major or minor! All three English Foundations classes--ENG 215, 216, and

261--will be offered in Spring 2020 (216 and 261 in hybrid format; 215 in traditional format). The English Department

recommends that you complete all three Foundations by the end of your third semester as a major so that you can

take upper-level classes without worrying about whether you have the prerequisites.
