Parents will be informed in the event your child is

required to stay behind to finish the incomplete

work. Similarly, for pupils who consistently hand in

their homework late.

Pupil’s Diary

The Pupil’s Diary is the primary mode of communication.

All parents/guardians will be informed of your child’s homework, any

supplies needed for class activities and school/class matters. I will

also leave little notes in it, whenever the need arises, to provide feedback

on your child’s progress and development.

Make-Up Work

In the event that your child is absent from school, your child will be given

ample time to complete all the make-up worksheets and assignments.

TIPS TO HELP YOUR CHILDSubjects Suggestions

English Encourage reading, looking up the dictionary and read to

them. Encourage them to write stories and insist they

speak proper English.

Mathematics Practise! Practise! Practise! Encourage mental sums.

Science Try more open-ended questions and emphasise on how

answers should be more specific. (Read ahead)

Mother Tongue Read widely. Speak the language and write regularly.

Examination Matter

In the event that your child is

absent for any examination,

an official medical certificate is

required.

• Absence from school must be accompanied by a

medical certificate or excuse letter.

• Absences and late-coming are closely monitored.

(Advisory letter will be issued)

• Parents are to report to General Office and make

a request in the event child needs to leave school

early. To keep FT informed.
