Advanced CAPO SystemThe Advanced CAPO(Computer Aided PowerOptimization) system maintains engine and mutualpump power at optimum levels. Mode selectionsare designed for various work loads andmaintaining high performance while reducing fuelconsumption. Features such as power boost are included in thesystem. The system monitors engine speed, coolanttemperature, and hydraulic oil temperature.Contained within the system are self diagnosticcapabilities, which are displayed by error codes onthe cluster.
Self Diagnosis SystemThe CPU controller diagnoses problems in the CAPOsystem caused by electric and hydraulicmalfunctions and displays them on the LCD monitorof the cluster by error codes. This controller has thecapacity to identify 26 distinct types of errors. As theinformation from this device, such as engine rpm,main pump delivery pressure, battery voltage, hyd.temperature, and the state of all types of electricswitches, provides the operator with a much moreexact state of machine operating condition. This makes the machine easier to troubleshootwhen anything does go wrong.
Arm Flow Regeneration SystemArm flow regeneration valve provides smooth arm-in operation without cavitations.
Boom & Arm Holding System The Holding valves in the main control valveprevents the boom & arm from dropping over anextended period in neutral position.
One Touch DecelerationWhen the one touchdeceleration button on top of LHjoystick is pushed once, theengine rpm will be immediatelydown to low idle rpm.
Engine speed will be recovered to its preselectedrpm in case the button is pushed once more.
Automatic Engine Overheat PreventionIf the engine coolant temperature gets too high, theCPU controller lowers the engine speed and coolsthe engine.
Anti Restart SystemThe new system protects the starter from restartingduring engine operation, even if the operatoraccidentally turns the start key again.
Power boost control SystemWhen the power boost system is activated, diggingpower increases about 10%. It is especially usefulwhen extra power is temporarily needed, forinstance, when digging hard earth and rock, or if thebucket teeth are stopped by a stubborn tree root.
Automatic Warming-up SystemAfter the engine is started, if the engine coolanttemperature is low, the CPU controller increases theengine speed and automatically to warm up theengine more effectively.
Pump Flow Control SystemIn neutral position: Pump flow is reduced to aminimum to eliminate power loss. In operation: Maximum pump flow is delivered tothe actuator to increase the speed. With movementof the control lever, pump flow is automaticallyadjusted and the actuator speed can beproportionally controlled.
Hydraulic Damper in Travel PedalImproved travel controllability & feeling by shockreducing when starting and stopping.
