A successful deployment is a key milestone in your customer journey. Our deployment methodology, built and practiced by the MobileIron Professional Services team, will guide you through the process from beginning to go live.
Set your deployment goals and scope your business and technical requirements. Finalize your project plan before moving on to the next phase.

Rollout
DesignCreate your technical and business design to guide your configuration and implementation. Finalize security and user requirements and formalize your user communication plan.
Install and configure Core and Sentry, along with any integration services from your design. Configure your apps and policies and test your device enrollment and registration.
Train your admins and internal help desk, followed by educating your users on how to register and enroll their devices. Pilot first and apply learnings to larger roll-out to optimize your success.
Successful Deployment
Leverage the deployment methodology for future rollouts to more users and/or adoption of new features.
