A non-Qeparfinent root cause- in this incidenk was the decedent`s failure to comply with the lawful ordersof Los Angeles County deputy sheriffs. The decedent's actions causad the fifth deputy sh~rfff to fear that he and his partner were about to beshot, prompting a deputy involved shooting.
