Student User Manual

Online Admission Management System
INTRODUCTION
As a part of its ongoing efforts for offering advance services, our institute has introduced an
Online Admission System (O AS). Through this facility, prospective students shall be able to submit
their application forms online and receive instant confirmation for successful submission of their
application form through SMS. This facility is available for all academic programmes at Master,
Bachelor, PG Junior College level currently on offer through the Prospectus available in the
college office.
As this is a new system, our prospective students may require to know about the process of
Online Admission. In order to facilitate them, Student User Manual’ has been developed. This User
Manual contains all essential information for the end users to navigate through the online
admission system. This manual includes step-by-step procedures for system access and use.
1.0 Getting Started
1. Click on the W eb browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox Mozilla etc.)
available on your computer.
2. On the address bar please type www.vidyavardhinionline.com and then press “ENTER”
key on your keyboard.
Then, the following LOGIN page, shown in Figure -1 web will be visible.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE ADMISSION
Before Registration you must also have:
1. Scanned latest Photograph. (Maximum 100 KB)
2. Scanned Signature. (Maximum 10 KB)
3. Scanned copy of your Leaving Certificate. (Maximum 250 KB)
4. Scanned caste certificate if seeking admission based on Religion and Caste.
(Maximum 250 KB)
5. Handicapped certificate if seeking admission based on handicap category. (Maximum
250 KB)
6. Valid State, National or International level Sports certificates if seeking admission in
Sports Quota. (Maximum 250 KB)
Note :
a. Scan your original marks sheet and other certificate. Do not scan the photocopies of
your original documents
b. Attach valid documents with the admission form. Note that the admission will be
cancelled at any point if attached documents are found to be invalid or fake.
c. Also note that submission or attachment any kind of forged document is a punishable
offence and if found guilty legal action will be taken followed by the immediate
cancellation of the admission
d. A l l o u t s i d e s tudents filling the form for the first time, seeking admission to any
class and course, have to register their Mobile Number.
Student Registration Online Admission Form
Registration
Step -1: The first step to fill up the Online Admission form is to register yourself. Click on the
“Online Registration” that appears at the bottom or top of the instruction page.
a) To register you Mobile Number click on “Create New Login“link.
b) All the In House students (students studying in the same college) do not have
to “Create New Login”. Login ID and password will be send to (Maximum 250
KB) students through SMS
c) When you click on Create New Login the following page Figure -2 will be
displayed.

d) Fill the following fields
Enter Institute Code. (Please contact the College / Institute for the appropriate
Institute Code or visit the college website to know your code.
Select Class / Standard (Select Section from the list)
First Name (Enter Students Name)
Last Name (Enter Students Last Name)
Enter Mobile No. (Enter valid and active mobile number. All future updates about the
admission process will be send on this mobile number)
Enter Email ID (Enter your Email ID)
e) After filling the information, click on “Submit” button.
f) After you ‘Submit’; your User Name along with the Password is generated. The mobile
number you enter will be the user name. You will receive your password on this mobile
number. You will be notified about the same through SMS on your mobile.
Note: Using your ‘User Name’ and ‘Password’, you can Login directly. Note Your ‘User
Name’ and ‘Password’ for future login on the Online Admission System.
Login
Step -1: Sign in using the Institute code, Username and Password received on your
registered mobile number
Enter Institute Code. (Please contact the College / Institute for the appropriate
Institute Code or visit the college website to know your code.
User name(Select Section from the list)
Password (Enter Students Name)
Click on LOGIN to login your account

You can see 5 different tabs by the name
1. Personal Details 2. Academic Details 3. Parent’s Details 4. Uploads 5. Stream Selection
STEP-2: Then first part of the Online Admission form will be displayed as shown in Figure.
Personal Details
In This section enter your personal details. Fill all compulsory details marked with *
Click “Next” when all details are filled
Academic Details
In This section enter the Examination details of the previously appeared Exams. Fill all compulsory details marked with *
Click “Next” when all details are filled.
Parent’s Details
Click “Next” when all details are filled.
Uploads
Upload all necessary documents
Stream Selection
Select the appropriate subject group
Finalizing your submission and Submitting
1. You cannot change the Submission Date, Institute Selected, Section .
2. Select name of Standard / Class for which you are seeking admission for.
3. Select Language of Instruction
4. Select Subject group of your choice (Subjects are allotted by the institute on merit
basis or as per the availability of seats)
5. Click on “I agree the above terms and conditions for confirmation and click on Submit
Button.
6. After submission of form you can continue by selection other standard / class if you wish
to apply other stream Eg. FYBA, FYBCOM etc.
After submission of the form the Pay Fees option is enabled.
You can further pay your fees using appropriate payment option and confirm your admission.
Note: All First year admission will be strictly on Merit basis.
