Current work Daily meetings with student information system team, weekly calls with Edupoint, one on-site and three virtual sessions so far.

• Setting up servers, for both testing and production

• Migrating Data to new system • Configuring system preferences (like grading

scales and address formats)• Determining what ancillary data will be

migrated (like ELL and CTE data)• Setting dates, identifying trainers, and

determining audience for professional development
